All sales final

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference.

How to contact us

Email cheatdaymacros@gmail.com with your order number, product and size, and a short description of your question.

Order cancellation & modification

If you need to cancel or change an order (size, address, or cancel entirely), email cheatdaymacros@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to help if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order is packed or handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible.

After shipment, this Return & Refund policy applies. Address changes after carrier handoff are not always possible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item (our error)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item because of our mistake:

Email cheatdaymacros@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do not discard the item or ship anything back until we reply with next steps.

We will review your message and photos. If we confirm an error on our part, we may offer a remedy at our discretion — for example, a replacement if inventory is available. We do not guarantee refunds.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the carrier marks the package lost:

Check with household members and building staff.
Email cheatdaymacros@gmail.com with your order number and tracking status.

We will investigate with the carrier and contact you about next steps. Any remedy is at our discretion.

What is not covered

Damage after delivery from misuse or normal wear
Orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered at checkout
Change of mind, fit, or preference

If we cancel your order

If we cancel an order after payment (for example, due to payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inventory issue), we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled items. Timing after we process a refund depends on your bank or card issuer.
